On Thursday, February 8th, Hawaii Surf organized a large screening of the film "CHRONOCEPTION" by Picture Organic Clothing at the shop in Saint-Jean-de-Luz! You were very many to attend, here is a recap in pictures of this beautiful evening under the sign of adventure ⛰️
We had the pleasure of welcoming Pierre Frechou, a cameraman during this expedition, who shared his experience with us during this incredible journey in the heart of the mountains of Kyrgyzstan.
In the manner of a contemporary fable, orchestrated by local musicians who create this three-part story, we immerse ourselves in Kyrgyz culture, a nomadic, shamanic people with ancestral rituals that allow us to share their unique culture. Like an ode to Adventure, the one experienced by the first explorers who painted in watercolor in their travel journals, the encounter of the World and its peoples.
After the screening, the audience had the opportunity to mingle in a light and joyful atmosphere, sharing their impressions and recalling the highlights of the documentary, while enjoying beers and empanadas. The relaxed atmosphere encouraged lively discussions about the freeriders' feats and the breathtaking landscapes.

Synopsis
There are a thousand ways to tell a story. This one revolves around a different approach to time, which guides the protagonists throughout an expedition in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. It is following in the footsteps of the Nomadic peoples and the ancient Silk Roads that Thomas Delfino, Léa Klaue, and Aurélien Lardy set out to reach one of the most remote and still unexplored places on the Asian continent: the massif of Kokshaal-Too. The fine team, accompanied by the famous guides Hélias Millerioux and Jean-Yves Fredriksen, then finds themselves propelled into a Space where Time seems to have suddenly stopped.
