Chopper Tec 6'10 Funboard Surfboard

Fan of cruising, the Chopper surfboard model from Torq will suit you perfectly for easy carving but also for ripping the face of the wave. A slightly rounded nose with an egg look and a fairly narrow shape will allow you easy take offs to surf both small waves and to position yourself in the pocket of the wave.

Outline: Shape blending egg and funboard for good paddling and hassle-free takeoffs. Tapered tail section to provide performance and bite for carving.

Rocker: Light at the front to medium at the tail to facilitate gliding and maintain drive and maneuverability.

Concave: Simple concave on the front third with double then vee at the back to generate drive and support on the rail.

Rails: Fairly rounded then more pinched on the rear third up to the tail to maintain support and link carves in the critical sections of the wave.

Tail: Round to provide support and versatility even on more powerful waves. Carbon reinforcement patch to prevent dents.

Fins: Not provided. Setup 2 + 1 US box plug + Futures to surf with 3 (2 + 1) or 1 (single) fins.

Construction: Torq Tec, EPS foam with glass in Epoxy resin and carbon reinforcements. The best weight/strength/performance ratio.
