Eggnot Tec Rusty 7'6" Funboard Surfboard

Discover the Rusty Eggnot Tec surfboard from the brand Torq, a squash tail version of the mid-length board, the EGG. The squash tail adds a bit more surface area, extends the rail line, and provides a more pivoting feel compared to a round tail. The EggNot is an excellent board to have in your quiver. When the waves are medium, you will have great wave-catching ability and it will pass through sections while remaining loose enough to turn easily. Also, when the waves get a bit bigger, it still performs just as well!

Torq Epoxy Composite offers high-performance shapes in vacuum epoxy lamination. The vacuum epoxy process uses a manual layup process, with a vacuum bonding process to bond the fiber to the board and remove excess resin. This technique allows additional layers of fiber to be added while keeping the total weight low. The result is, therefore, exceptional lightness AND durability!

If you are used to the PU surfboard, these will be faster at first. After just a few sessions, your old PU will seem very slow! The performance is very direct, therefore, the TEC has an immediate response which is particularly good in smaller or weaker waves. In bigger waves, the advantage is that they are much less likely to break!

The riders of the team Torq report that their boards last about 2 to 4 times longer than their previous boards!

Dimensions :

The choice of fin setup (FUTURE) is up to you. For a more performance-oriented feel, we recommend a 4-fin configuration. If you're looking for something more relaxed or a more traditional feel, go for a 2 + 1 setup!
