Multiplier Tec 5'8 Surfboard Shortboard

The surfers from the Torq team & casual enthusiasts loved the Multiplier in epoxy ACT construction which is why it now exists in TEC version.

She remains a high-performance model for catching (multiplying) even more waves.

The Torq Multiplier takes the tail of the high-performance shortboard from Torq (thruster) with the overall shape of the hybrid for more versatility and good hold on more powerful and hollow waves.

Version color.

Type of waves: 80cm to 2m+.

Skill level: Advanced to expert surfer. At size 6'0" it is aimed at good surfers or light surfers.

Board delivered without fins.

Outline: Volume at the front and middle then a thin shortboard-type tail to allow for verticality and good glide.

Rocker: Light at the nose for easy take-offs and medium at the tail to be able to surf even the hollowest waves.

Concave: Simple concave at the front to reduce friction between the water and the board, then double in the middle of the board and vee at the tail to always maintain control over your bottom turns and facilitate the rail-to-rail transition.

Rails: Fairly rounded at the nose/middle then pinched at the tail for good glide and maximum grip.

Tail: Round tail to facilitate turns and provide the necessary support. Carbon reinforcement patch to reduce dents.

Fins: Not provided. 5 Futures plug setup for surfing with 3 (Thruster) or 4 (quad) fins.

Construction: Torq Tec, EPS foam with glass in Epoxy resin and carbon reinforcements. The best weight/strength/performance ratio.
